If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns if:

  • The book you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You notify us within 7 days of receiving the order.

Books must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition, with all packaging intact.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Books that show signs of use or handling beyond opening the package.

  • Books returned after the 7-day window.

  • “Change of mind” purchases (please choose carefully before ordering).

3. How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at [email protected] with:

    • Your order number

    • A brief description of the issue

    • Clear photos (if the book is damaged)

  2. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

4. Return Shipping

  • If the book arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will arrange a courier pick-up or reimburse return shipping.

  • If the return is not due to our error, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

5. Refunds

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed as store credit or bank transfer (you’ll need to provide your bank details).

  • Refunds are issued within 10–15 business days after we receive and inspect the returned book.

  • We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.

6. Exchanges

If you prefer a replacement copy (for damaged or incorrect items), we can ship the correct book at no extra cost once the return is approved.

7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment by emailing us at [email protected].

  • Once shipped, the order can only be returned following the steps above.
