1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns if:

The book you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

You notify us within 7 days of receiving the order.
Books must be:

Unused and in their original condition, with all packaging intact.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
We cannot accept returns for:

Books that show signs of use or handling beyond opening the package.

Books returned after the 7-day window.

“Change of mind” purchases (please choose carefully before ordering).
3. How to Request a Return

We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
4. Return Shipping

If the book arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will arrange a courier pick-up or reimburse return shipping.

If the return is not due to our error, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
5. Refunds

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed as store credit or bank transfer (you’ll need to provide your bank details).

Refunds are issued within 10–15 business days after we receive and inspect the returned book.

We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
6. Exchanges
If you prefer a replacement copy (for damaged or incorrect items), we can ship the correct book at no extra cost once the return is approved.
7. Order Cancellations
